Master´s thesis is focused on a presentation of entrepreneurial intention of corporate information strategy. The corporate information strategy is based on the analysis of current situation of the company and its environment which uses modern trends in IT business. It is about a complex solution which should help to the growth of turnover, strengthen of mark of company and stabilize the market position.

Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage - (Global Strategy for Representative, Balanced and Credible World Heritage List This work will follow 18 years of implementation of Global Strategy for Representative, Balanced and Credible World Heritage List, which should ensure diversity of monuments inscribed to the World Heritage List. Twenty-two years after the signing of Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, ICOMOS organization pointed to over-representation of cultural properties and underrepresentation of natural and mixed sites as well as over-representation of properties in developed regions and underrepresentation of those in developing world. Main aim of Global Strategy is to balance these cases and also work on credibility and representation of the World Heritage Convention. Outcome of this work will be an evaluation of application of Global Strategy, its shift during 18 years of its existence and an evaluation of effectiveness and usefulness of it. The aplication of Fair Trade in international trade and its importance for developing countries

We can date the beginning of today's global movement-Fair Trade into the period after the Second World War, into the forties. The way of trade, called Fairtrade, is an alternative approach to conventional trade and is based on a long-term partnership between the producer and the consumer. The basic goals that the movement is determined to achieve are greater equity in international trade, ensure fairer trading conditions and create opportunities for economically disadvantaged producers in developing countries. These goals the organization seeks to achieve primarily through the so-called ,,fair price" at which consumers in developed countries buy fairtrade's products. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, the theoretical part, is dedicated to the application of Fair Trade in international trade, it's importance and expected effects for developing countries. The practical part, where I used the methods of a questionnaire, has to find out the brand awareness and the issue of Fair Trade in the Czech Republic.

This paper examines the research of Bartlett and Ghoshal on managing businesses across borders and applies their findings to the specific Czech context. By doing this, the work briefly examines the historical, cultural and environmental factors that have influenced the development of Czech companies particularly in international markets, to determine the peculiarities of Czech organisations operating abroad; then it suggests and reviews four Czech companies that fit within defined organisational structures.

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of marketing strategy of the Ford Motor Company on the domestic market and on the foreign markets. The thesis summarizes all marketing instruments used for achievement of strategic and marketing objectives. Also is in the thesis Explorer how deep marketing strategies are influenced by globalization and how the current financial crisis change marketing policy of Ford Motor Company.
